Use make when you talk about something you create.
Eg.-She made a cake for me.
He makes birdhouses.
Do.-Tlakinf about an action you don't mention by name mostly mental work:topic work
Eg.- I do my homework everyday.
I often do the shopping on the weekend.
Present Perfect (yet/already/just)
Just= a short time ago.
Already= before you expected.
Yet= until now.
Present Perfect Progresive (Hve or Has+been+ing)
We are talking to thing that started in the past,continue in the present and is going to continue now.
Eg.-I have been reading for 2 hours.
How long have you been learning English.
We have not been smoking.

We use to express similarity to know that we agree with the other person's opinion on something.

The vs No article
Use before nouns of which there is only one.
Eg.- The earth is round.
Before a noun which has become definite as a result of being mentioned a second time.
We saw a good film last night. It was the film you recommen.}
Before instrument.
Before names of seas, rivers, chains of mountain, groups of island and plural names.
No article.
We don't use when we talk about plural nouns when we are talking generally.
Eg.- Dogs are very intelligents animals.
Companies spend lost money in advertising.
Indirect Question.
We use when we want to make more polite questions.
They have an opening phrase before the main question.
Eg.- Do you know?
Can you tell me?
For yes/No question, include if/wether after the opening phrase.
Where can I buy a good computer?
Can you tell me where I can buy a good computer?
Are there any internet cafés around here?
Do you know if there are any internet cafés?

The tens of the verb changes as it done in reported speech we don´t use auxiliary verbs the word order is the same.

Wish
I wish to' can mean the same as 'I want
to' but it is much, much more formal and much, much less common.
Eg.- I wish to see the manager.
I wish to make a complaint.
